ABCA BOOKS REACH THE CONGO FOR THE FIRST TIME

The Sydney Branch of ABCA managed to get books to the Congo thanks to the assistance of an Australian who works there.

The books were delivered to the Education and Empowerment in Congo programme. It's founder Christian Salumu explains: ' We operate in the part of the Congo where rebels have been operating for so long. Children and women have been the first victims of these different wars. That's why we are trying to help children with informal education and training skills to make them self-reliant in their lives'

ABCA is proud to be a part of this important initiative.
