Books donated to mentoring center in Chishawasha

Faith Machera, from Musikana Dzidza in Zimbabwe, donated ABCA books to their mentoring center in Chishawasha, at a Christmas party held there in December 2024. Faith raised funds for the Christmas party and for donations of food, clothes and toys to give to the community.

I hope you will enjoy seeing them as much as we enjoy spending time with the children.

These are orphaned children living with their single grandmothers or single aunts that work as general labourers in the community.

We have started a library so the children did not go home with the books. A lady there called Rudo has been teaching the children to read and write so this library will come in handy.

We donated potatoes, clothing, small toys, balloons and had a Santa present. The children enjoyed hopefully.
